1. Who controls your information
Praviqo, Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates praviqo.com and acts as controller for website, account, billing, support, and marketing information. For customer-provided business data processed to perform a customer's instructions, Praviqo generally acts as a processor or service provider.
2. Categories we collect
- Identifiers and contact data, such as name, email address, organization, account identifier, and authentication records.
- Commercial and billing data, such as plan, transaction history, prepaid balance, invoices, and limited payment metadata from payment processors.
- Internet and device data, such as IP address, browser, device, log events, referral source, cookie choices, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Customer content, prompts, connected-service data, files, instructions, approvals, output, and knowledge records.
- Support, survey, affiliate, and marketing communications.
- Inferences used to route work, personalize settings, detect abuse, and improve reliability.
3. Sources
We receive information from you, users you authorize, connected services, payment and identity providers, public sources you direct us to review, referral partners, and routine device interactions with the Service.
4. Why we process it
We use personal data to provide and secure the Service; authenticate users; process payments; route and verify work; maintain customer knowledge; provide support; communicate service notices; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; understand opted-in site performance; attribute referrals; and improve features and reliability. Depending on context, our legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.
5. AI and customer content
Praviqo sends the minimum content reasonably needed to approved AI and infrastructure providers to perform requested work. We do not sell customer content or use it to train general-purpose models unless the customer affirmatively agrees to a separately disclosed program. AI processing can produce incorrect output, so customer review remains required.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential storage supports security, preferences, and session functions. Optional analytics and referral cookies load only after consent where required. You can use the cookie banner or browser controls to change choices. See the Cookie Policy.
7. Disclosures and categories of recipients
Depending on the function used, the categories of personal data disclosed may include identifiers and contact data; commercial records and limited payment metadata; device and log data; customer content and connected-service data; support and marketing communications; and workflow inferences. We disclose only the categories reasonably needed to hosting, database, payment, authentication, communications, analytics, customer-support, security, AI model, and integration providers; professional advisers; parties to a corporate transaction; authorities when legally required; and recipients you direct. Contracts require service providers to protect data and use it for defined services.
8. Google account data
If you connect Google services, Praviqo requests only scopes shown during authorization and uses Google data to provide the connected function. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access through Google account permissions or disconnect the integration in Praviqo.
9. Information about other people
If you submit contacts, employees, customers, or other individuals, you represent that you have a lawful basis and required notices or consent. You must honor opt-outs and use connected data only for permitted purposes.
10. Sale, targeted advertising, profiling, and browser signals
Praviqo does not sell personal data for money or other valuable consideration and does not process personal data for cross-context targeted advertising as of the effective date. We do not use solely automated profiling to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about consumers. Third parties do not collect personally identifiable information through Praviqo over time and across unrelated websites for their own targeted advertising. We honor legally required universal opt-out mechanisms, including qualifying browser preference signals, for sale or targeted-advertising activity. Because we do not currently conduct either activity, such a signal does not change those practices. Optional first-party analytics and referral measurement remain controlled through the cookie choices shown on this site.
11. Retention
We retain account and customer content while needed to provide the Service and for documented backup, security, dispute, tax, and legal periods. Retention varies by data type and customer configuration. We delete or deidentify data when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to legal holds and backup cycles.
12. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature and sensitivity of processed data, including access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, vendor review, and incident procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security.
13. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, confirmation of processing, or a list of categories of third parties to which we disclosed personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. You may opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling where applicable. Submit a request or authorized-agent request to admin@praviqo.com; no new account is required. We will use commercially reasonable steps to verify requests and will not discriminate for exercising a right. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it through the same control used to provide it or by email; when Delaware law applies, we will stop the consent-based processing as soon as practicable and no later than 15 days after receiving the withdrawal. You may request an accessible alternative format through the same address.
Delaware residents
Where the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act applies, Delaware residents may exercise access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights. We respond without undue delay and ordinarily within 45 days; when reasonably necessary, we may extend once by 45 additional days with notice. You may appeal a denial by replying to our decision or emailing the address above with "Privacy Appeal". We will respond to an appeal within 60 days. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the Delaware Department of Justice at privacy@delaware.gov.
California and other US residents
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may also request categories and specific pieces of personal information, correction, deletion, portability, and applicable opt-outs. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. California residents may request information about categories collected, sources, purposes, recipients, and retention; authorized agents may submit verified requests.
14. International transfers
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards and supplementary measures.
15. Children
The Service is for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through account registration. Contact us if you believe a child provided data.
16. Changes
We may update this notice as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when required.
